This year’s edition of the Arnold Sports Festival South America (also known as Arnold Classic South America or Arnold Classic Brazil), which took place between the morning of last Friday (4) and Sunday afternoon (6) in Sao Paulo, distributed nine ‘pro cards’ (the athlete compits in championships organized by the International Bodybuilding Federation & Fitness, the IFBB).
During the largest multi-sport event in South America, nine bodybuilding athletes were professionalized by Bikini, Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Figure, Fit Model, Men’s Physique, Wellness, Wheelchair and Women’s Physique.
To get the professional card, the athlete needs to be champion ‘Overall’ (confrontation between the champions of each of the classes of a category) of a national event.
