Mentiles whose animals had to be destroyed for the contagion of the clinkers and the coffers (Slak) should be compensated this week. This was stated after Monday’s government meeting Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic Richard Takáč (Smer-SD). He did not specify the amount, but it should be such that small breeders can acquire a new breeding.
“Small -makers will receive funds this week. I personally signed about 31 contracts of small -time men from Dunajská Streda on Friday (4 April),” specified. The large -scale will be compensated later. According to Takáč, the compensation will be financed from the state budget, from the chapter of the Ministry of Agriculture. “We have certain financial resources that are intended for the state aid schemes,” noted.
According to Takáč, the amount of compensation is determined so that the minor can buy the breeding that was destroyed by the authorities. “In principle, he will be able to buy exactly the same animals for the money,” he added.
