They are a source of, among others, vitamins A, C, K, iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, fiber and flavonoids. Thanks to this, they help keep the body in good condition.

Pokrzywowa preparation is not difficult. We do not need many ingredients to make it, because we need a few simple and easily available productsto make a tasty and healthy meal. We will need: to prepare victim soup:

  • 3 cups of young nettle leaves,
  • 4 potatoes,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 1 onion,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
