Recipe cream ingredients They are divided into three parts. We need to make a basic cake, butter and sweet cream that will perfectly match with delicate layers.

Ingredients for butter cake:

  • 250 g of butter;
  • 150 g of flour.

Ingredients for the basic dough:

  • 200 g of flour;

  • 1 yolk;
  • 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • 1/4 cup of water.

Cream ingredients:

  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 250 g of butter;
  • 2 packages of vanilla pudding;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar.

To make a cream, we prepare butter cake at the beginningi.e. chop soft butter with flour and mix the whole until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We put it in the fridge.

In the next step, we get the basic cake: knead all ingredients and make a flexible mass, such as dumplings. Then roll it out into a rectangle and spread the chilled butter dough on it. Then we fold these two tops into the envelope and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes.

After this time, we roll out the dough three times, always in one direction – to each other or from ourselves (we do it gently). Then we divide them into two equal parts and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes until it becomes golden.

We prepare the cream in the last step: We dissolve puddings and sugar in pudding 100 ml of milk. We mix all the time. Boil the rest of the milk and pour in the pudding mass into it.

Cook the cream on low heat and mix it until it thickens. Then grind the butter and mix them with a slightly warm pudding.

Finally, pour out the slightly cooled mass on the first countertop and put the latter on it. It is worth cooling the dough in the fridge to make it easier to cut and have an ideal consistency. Before serving, we recommend sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
