The former president () called “truths” excerpts from the pastor’s speech, made on Sunday (6) in act on Paulista Avenue, attacking the high command of the army.
The evangelical leader, in a tone exalted during the demonstration, said that four -star generals are a “bunch of loose, bunch of cowards, bunch of omits” who “do not honor the uniform they wear.”
And denied defending a coup d’état.
In an interview with West Magazine on Monday (7), the former Mandanitor quoted “Outburst yesterday there in Paulista” made by the pastor.
“I will not repeat here because I am a captain of the army, right? I was very sad not with Malafaia, but with the truths he said. It really is revolting for us to hear that. He says, ‘Nobody wants to give any blow, no, but what is happening is that’ and went to some uniformed authorities.”

“The speech that did so demonstrated all its total lack of scruples and ignorance of what is honor, duty and homeland; the triad that guides the members of the Army of Caxias,” said the senator.

The first four are quoted as presidential in 2026.
The former president said no one will be required to support “one or another candidate” next year. “If each party has a candidate, no problem. In the second round we see who is allied with,” says Bolsonaro
He also said he will not criticize any competitors of this political field.
Bolsonaro is ineligible until 2030 due to conviction in the Electoral Court, but says he will register candidacy next year. He also became a defendant at the Supreme Court on charges of leading a coup plot after defeat in the 2022 election.
