Croatia introduces measures against the spread of clinkers and cubes, including a ban on the import of animals and products from Hungary and Slovakia.
Croatian Agriculture Minister David Flagic said on Tuesday that he must not admit the entry of the clinseed and the coffers to Croatia. With effect from Tuesday, his department ordered measures to prevent and early detection of the disease. TASR writes about this, according to the report by Hina.
Flat said that, given the current situation in Hungary and Slovakia, the ministry assessed that it is necessary to take measures to prevent the entry of the disease into Croatia.
Prohibition of animal imports
The imports of all living animals bred in Hungary and Slovakia from 1 March, the import of reproductive products obtained after 1 March from animals kept in these two countries, animal products, by -animal products that are not intended for human consumption, and plant feed and straw from Hungary and Slovakia are prohibited temporarily prohibited the import of all living animals.
The entry of vehicles used to transport animals or animal products that have passed through Hungary and Slovakia is only allowed if disinfection has been carried out before entering Croatia.
