The defense of the former advisor, one of the accused in the alleged scammer plot, says that the decision of the minister () to apply a fine and threaten to arrest him for a live last year generates punishment to his lawyer, Sebastião Coelho.
“What the minister is doing is extending to Dr. Sebastião the precautionary measures of Filipe. It is a clear violation of prerogatives and generates an embarrassment between client and lawyer,” says lawyer Marcelo Sant’Anna, who is also part of the team of Martins.
The former advisor was punished by a live in October last year, where he and Coelho appear in front of the Ponta Grossa Forum (PR), where Martins lives. One hypothesis that the defense is considering was an episode reaction during the session of the first class of the Supreme Court that analyzed the complaint against the former president in late March. Coelho tried to enter the audience room and was soon detained by security guards.
