The 29th Civil Court of the District of Rio de Janeiro determined that the national and state directories of themselves refrain from allowing the vote of the elected delegates at the State Conference of the Rio de Janeiro, accepting affiliate action that contested the Municipal Congress of the legend.

The National Directorate countered the accusations and stated that the summons of the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Conference was regular, and said the signing of the author was not in the minutes of election of municipal delegates. The network’s state directory used similar arguments.
The judge, in his ruling, states that the announcement of the Municipal Conference contradicted the party’s Internal Regulations, which provides for dissemination in party networks or vehicle of great circulation of this type of event at least seven days in advance – the notice was published on January 27 and the conference held on February 2.
