There are days when there is not much time to make dinner, then such quick recipes save the situation. Pasta with chicken and tomato sauce It’s always a good idea for a filling dish.
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 250 g of Fusilla (Świderków) pasta,
- 400 g of chicken breast fillet,
- 3-4 tomatoes (about 400 g),
- 1 average red pepper,
- 1 small zucchini,
- 1 small onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- ½ teaspoon curry,
- salt, pepper, chili (to taste),
- 1-2 tablespoons of clarified butter,
- olive oil,
- a small bunch of chives,
- 50 g Sera Typo Parmesan.
Cook Al Dente pasta in salted water. Strain.
When the pasta cooks, clean the chicken fillet (from membranes, cartilage and fibers) and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with sweet peppers and curry.
Wash vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, zucchini). Remove the seed nest from the pepper. Cut the vegetables into large cubes. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add peeled garlic cloves (whole). Sprinkle with oil. Put in the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool down slightly.
When the vegetables are baking, cut the onion into feathers and fry in clarified butter. Transfer to the pot. Add the baked vegetables and blend the whole to a smooth sauce.
Fry the meat in a pan where the onion was fried (if necessary, add some butter). Add to the pot with sauce. Boil the whole. Season with salt and pepper and chili.
Combine the sauce and pasta. Spread into plates. Sprinkle with grater with fine mesh cheese and chopped chives.
