Sentenced by the court for abusing his 9 -year -old niece, doctor Milton Seigi Hayashi, 62, was honored in session on March 27 with the fiftieth anniversary of Brazil’s peacekeepers.
The honor was granted by the Brazilian Association of UN International Peace forces (ABFIP/UN). The solemn session was proposed and presided over by.
Hayashi, from Birigui (SP), was convicted by the São Paulo Court of Justice in June 2024, to 16 years and 4 months in prison for the crime of vulnerable, with the aggravation of being uncle of the victim.
In audio recorded by the mother of the child, the doctor says he even put his finger in her vagina, and “happened to put his hand in the butt” while in the pool.
The case occurred in 2022. The doctor is appealing from the conviction to the Superior Court of Justice.

To the panel, the doctor stated that there was a touch without sexual nature, as he tried to save the child from an accident in the pool and was the victim of attempted extortion.
“The child’s father came pressing, planned everything, and mother was a dick sent from him. But the extortion process was probably filed because the author hit the boots, infarmed and went to hell,” says the doctor. “The mother and the girl like us a lot.”
In a statement, Alesp’s press office said the event is the sole responsibility of ABFIP and that such an honor is not among those listed as officers of the Paulista Parliament.
“The space was requested by the office of Deputy Captain Telhada (PP) for the realization of this solemn act and the institution Alesp, in turn, only gives the place,” he says.
Deputy Telhada’s office said it has no bond with the doctor and that the session was held from the request of the Association and the authorization of Alesp.
“The definition of the honorees is the sole responsibility of ABFIP, without any involvement or interference of the deputy’s office,” he says.
ABFIP says it has become aware of the condemnation through the report and that internal procedure will be instituted to calculate the facts and possible dismissal of the grant.
“The doctor was indicated after analysis of documents, information provided by the doctor and news found on social networks, as well as references presented by his 25 years of services provided as a doctor, not being aware of the criminal process informed,” says the note.
