There are not so many different colors, shapes and sizes on any other fetal plant as pepper. And you taste! From sweet to extra hot. All the more juicy and tasty are when one grows them himself.
And it does not need a house with a garden or a box in the garden colony. You can start growing peppers calmly in a block of flats. And now in April it is the ideal time to move to the final pot, where they sit until it does not have fruits.

To bloom, they need enough sunshine and heat. The ideal sowing time is between February and April. You then harvest in the summer during autumn, during July to October, depending on the sowing.
How to sow seeds
If you take it from the very beginning and want to see how your peppers grow from the seeds, then it is necessary to sow best at the end of winter or spring, when the last frosts remain about two months. Sow the seeds into pots or boxes by deploying them on the soil surface at least 2 cm apart, remember to spray them with a water spray. Put the containers on the window sill, to germinate the seeds, need heat in the range of 18 – 21 ° C. To speed up the germination, you can put microtene bags on the containers, but make sure they are transparent because of the necessary light. Do not forget regular watering.
When to transplant seedlings
The seedlings are moved into individual pots as soon as they sprout the first leaves. If you want to make it now in April and you did not get the seeds in advance, the option is to buy finished seedlings. It is important to maintain the seedlings in individual final pots warm.
To transplant the seedlings
Even peppers need their space for good growth and rich crop. Thus, in terms of flower pots, at least 30 cm wide should be at least 6 liters. The composition of the soil, or compost in it, is also very important. Also, keep in mind that the soil should close to the pots close to their edges. This is to prevent the water to unnecessarily run during watering.
Care after planting seedlings
Once you get seedlings from the seeds or buy directly, after transplanting to pots, they no longer need so much care. A regular watering – little water – but often for that. It is good to support each stem of the pepper by supporting it with a stick and fixing it with a string. As she grows, she will help her not break.
When the peppers grow to a height of about 20 centimeters, stalk the stems at the top. By taming the pepper, you can not grow too much, but to bite in width, which is ideal for the fruits to break stems. Once you notice the first flowers, support the pepper once a week with such liquid manure to contain enough potassium element.
We wish you a rich crop!
