It is therefore worth creating a grandmother in the image of this baking. It will come out soft, damp and beautifully decorate the Easter table. Marbled grandmother is made of popular ingredients that we already have in our kitchen. However, if we run out of one of the products, each of them can be found even in the local store.
What ingredients do we need to make a marbled grandmother from the recipe of sister Anastasia? Here is the list:
- 350 g cukru;
- 300 g of wheat flour;
- 8 eggs;
- 1 cup of oil;
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
To make a marbled grandmother, at the beginning we separate the proteins from the yolks and beat them into a stiff foam. Then we add sugar to them, still mixing the whole thing.
In the next step, add yolks, one after the other, then pour in a thin guard and add the sifted flour with baking powder. We do not stop mixing when adding these ingredients.
Pour 3/4 of the mass into the mold, while add cocoa to the rest. In a light dough, we make a tear -shaped grooves with broadly arranged branches with a teaspoon.
Then quickly pour the dark mass on the light so that it enters the grooves. We bake a marbled cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes, to a dry stick.
After cooling, we can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or pour it with chocolate coating and sprinkle with coconut flakes or almonds.
