Silesian dumplings, also called gumklyjzami, This is a delicacy that many people resemble childhood. To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1 kg of potatoes,
- 1 egg,
- potato flour (quantity by need),
- Salt to taste.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cook in salted water. Then strain them and squeeze through the press or stress on a smooth purée. Set aside to cool gently. Stake in the egg, add a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly. Gradually add potato flour until you get a thick dough.
Form small walnut -sized balls from the dough. In each ball, make a delicate cavity with your finger in the middle. Boil salted water in a large pot. Put the noodles in boiling water. After their sailing, cook for about 3 minutes. Take out Silesian dumplings like a grandmother with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate.
