Affected US companies are producers of equipment used by the United States Army
In another measure in response to the tax rate imposed by the United States, it included it on Wednesday (9.ab.2025) 12 US companies in an export restriction list. Companies are manufacturers of technology products and have as customers defense companies and the US Army.
With this, Chinese companies are prohibited from selling products to these companies. The measure has immediate effect. The argument is that the decision aims to ensure national interests and fulfill international obligations such as non -proliferation of military articles.
“The export of double use items [uso civil e militar] For these entities is prohibited. These entities may engage in activities that may endanger China’s safety and national interests, and no exporting operator may violate the above provisions ”said the spokesman for the China Ministry of Commerce. According to the Xi Jinping government, special cases where exports are required to be presented to the Chinese authorities and wait for approval.

- INSITU – Drone manufacturer.
