The agricultural company, which has a plant and livestock production under Polana, has taken several measures in connection with the clinker and the Krivačka (SLAK). In addition to the training of employees and disinfection, they introduced a guard service at each center. TASR informed the owner Martin Malatinec.
According to him, the situation is very serious and therefore created a list of who can enter the resorts. This also applies to machines and mechanisms. “It can only be with the consent of me and the chief zootechnik. No one else can come in,” He explained that they also provided disinfectant gates. The CCTV system also causes compliance with measures at each center at the entrance.
As he said, all employees will take a regular cycle for safety in the premises. Included are the so -called dirty dressing room, shower and clean dressing room. He added that for the clinker and the coffin, there is a management every day and have a meeting. They make sure that breeding remains healthy. They currently have 1,000 dairy cows and 2,000 sheep.
According to him, it has not yet been refused to take milk from them. He noted that the public is sufficiently informed. “It is not a disease that is transmitted to humans. Pasteurization and heat treatment are killed by bacteria. We have no problem with this, but we have respect for the disease to not spread further in Slovakia,” summed up. He added that if there are strict controls, punishments and everyone will approach the situation responsibly, its spread can be stopped.
At the same time, he confirmed that he was currently closed for a small contact zoo in the area of his recreational court in Pstruši in Detvianský district for Slintečka and Krivačka. “In addition to it, it is also a space where horses are. To make people move as little as possible around the animals,” Malatinec concluded that this measure lasts until further notice.
