Add the onion, green pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs and milk to minced meat. The taste of the dish will diversify parsley and tomato concentrate. Serve the finished dish with boiled egg. You will need good quality pork to prepare this dish. A bakeplate will also be useful, we recommend a 35×12 cm sheet metal.
Ingredients for a Christmas meatball:
- 1 kg of my rhythm,
- 1 onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 200 g of breadcrumbs,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate,
- 1 handful of fresh parsley,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- egg to be served,
- Fresh parsley to be served.
Chop the onion and green peppers very finely. You can also use a kitchen robot. Fry them briefly in a pan to make them slightly. Chop parsley. Place all ingredients for a Christmas meatball in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Grease the form of a 35×12 cm cake with butter. Place the meat mass in it, pressing well against the edges. Align the top with a spatula. Put a meat in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake it for 90 minutes. Ready pull out and leave to cool 10 minutes before cutting
You can serve the dish hot or cold, with the addition of slices of cooked egg on top and your favorite sauces – horseradish or garlic. Store the remains in a tight container and use within 3 days. Heat in the oven, under cover, so that it does not dry out.
