23 Senators were authorized –Izalci Lucas (PL-DF), Plínio Valério (PSDB-AM), Rogério Marinho (PL-RN), Chico Rodrigues (PSB-RR), Marcio Bittar (Union-AC), Luiz Heinze (PP-RS), Hamilton Mourão (Republicans-RS), Marcos Rogério (PL-RO), Sergio Moror (União-PR), Eduardo Girão (Novo-CE), Laercio Oliveira (PP-SE), Nelsinho Trad (PSD-MS), Mecias de Jesus (Republicans-RR), Romário (PL-RJ), Alan Rick (Union-AC), Cleitinho (Republicans-MG), Styvenson Valentim (PSDB-RN) Cristina (PP-MS), Zequinha Marinho (Somos-PA), Dr. Hiran (PP-RR), Carlos Portinho (PL-RJ) and Damares Alves (Republicans-DF), as well as the PL leader in the Chamber of Deputies, Cavalcante (RJ).
Braga Netto was arrested preventively by the Federal Police on charges of having tried I, a former Bolsonaro auxiliary. He denies the accusation.
