To ensure regional diversity, the project will allocate three of the 15 scholarships to each of the five regions of the country. The program stimulates the participation of historically under-presented groups, such as black or brown persons, women, people with disabilities (PCD), and. At least one bag per region should be granted to one person belonging to one of these groups.
