The price of Cabaz Food has returned to go down this week. It costs now 238 euros and 20 cents. According to Deco Proteste, the set of 63 essential goods descended 34 cents. However, some products have increased in price. This is the case of full cereals, roasted coffee and liquid yogurt.
The price of ground roasted coffee has reached the highest price in three years. among the first two weeks of April “a pack with 250 grams of ground roasted coffee rose 45 cents (+12%) to 4.18 euros”.
But it was not a single case. Between April 2 and 9, the whole grains had an increase of 53 cents (+15%), the liquid yogurt 0.23 cents (+11%) and 0.16 cents (+9%).
Despite these increases, the price of the food cabaz again went down this week. It costs now 238,16 euros, minus 34 cents, What represents a 14%descent.
Compared to longer time periods, Deco’s accounts show that since the beginning of this year, the basket of essential goods has increased by 1.99 cents, however, a year ago, to buy the same cabaz, consumers paid less 20 cents.
