Grate yellow cheese on a grater with large eyes. Then chop the parsley into separate dishes and squeeze garlic through the Prague. The next step is to cut the onion into a small cube and vinse in a pan with hot butter. After frying, put it into a bowl and when it cools down, add yellow cheese, chopped parsley and garlic and two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Season everything and mix thoroughly.
Then break two eggs in a separate dish, and pour the breadcrumbs into the next. Then soak the loin in beaten eggs and coat it in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan for a few minutes. The next step is to put the meat to a baking tray lined with baking paper. We apply our stuffing, consisting of cheese, onions and mayonnaise on each chop. We put the baking tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and it’s ready!
