Although in itself it is relatively simple to prepare a cake, it is worth further facilitating the recipe for this dessert, thanks to which we will do it in just a few moments and without baking. We suggest how quickly and easily make Easter mazurka.

To prepare an easier version of the classic mazurk, we don’t even have to bake it. It turns out that we can simply replace with two layers of crackers. What’s more, when preparing this delicacy, we don’t have to cool or cool anything, thanks to which making a mazurka will take us really little time.

To compact the filling we will use in, We can use coconut flakes or if we don’t like them, replace them with ground almonds. In addition, we can enrich our dessert by applying a bit of acid jam before filling on crackers, and thanks to this we will get an interesting aftertaste.

Making a mazurka without baking will not take us much time. What’s more, we don’t need many fancy ingredients because you want to make a dough on a 20 × 30 cm baking tray, We need to equip ourselves with the following number of products:

  • 180 g of salted crackers,
  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 150 g of butter,
  • 200 g of coconut flakes or ground almonds,
  • 200 ml of sweetened compacted milk,
  • 40 g of vanilla pudding without sugar
  • 120 ml of pudding milk.

To prepare the topping, we will need:

  • 150 g of white chocolate,
  • 70 g butter.

Pour ordinary milk and thickened milk into the pot. We also add butter and heat until it melts. At this time, we spread crackers on a baking tray. Mix half a glass of milk with vanilla pudding until the powder dissolves. Put aside.

Then add coconut flakes or ground almonds to a pot with melted butter. We cook the whole for about 5 minutes. Pour the pudding dissolved in milk to this and boil the whole, stirring until the pudding thickens.
