DSTGROUP announced the opening of 25 new vacancies for its summer stages of 2025, which will take place between June and September. The initiative, which offers a monthly compensation of 870 euros, aims to provide young people with a direct contact with the professional environment and the group’s culture.
With this proposal, the group based in Braga, led by José Teixeira, intends to bring students closer to the reality of the world of work, creating an experience that values both professional and participants’ professional development.
“The 2025 edition of the Summer Stages of the Dstgroup has the maturity of editions of previous years and with novelties certainly enriching for all its participants. We want to bring trainees closer to realities, the challenges of the world of work in the 21st century, particularly in the areas in which we operate, and demonstrate our different value proposition. Training, in well-being and conciliation strategies between professional and personal life will be key points to be perceived by interns.
Internship opportunities cover various areas of training, namely Civil Engineering, Electrical, Industrial and Computers, Mechanics, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications and Informatics; Management and Information Systems; but also car mechanics; Technical design and machinery; Preparation and management of work; Advanced welding and industrial maintenance technician. In addition to these areas highlighted, the group also offers vacancies in other specialized areas.
In 2024, STEGROUP received more than 700 applications and was part of 48 trainees. Of the total, two candidates were hired and one moved to professional internship. Still, nine students were welcomed to curriculum stages.
