Most of the population states that (Republicans) should run for reelection next year instead of renouncing office and trying the presidency, a new research points out.
For 58% of respondents, he should compete for a second term in the São Paulo government. Already 30% say he should be candidate for president of the Republic, and 12% could not answer. The margin of error is three percentage points for more or less.
The survey listened to 1,500 voters over 16, from 81 São Paulo cities, from April 1 to 3.

Datafolha also asked which candidate for Governor Tarcisio should support if he does not try to reelection.

For 10% of respondents, Tarcisio should support his secretary of government, (), former governments minister Dilma Rousseff (PT) and Michel Temer (MDB) and former mayor of the capital.
Part of the Bolsonarist base has caveats to the name of Kassab, whose party is also part of the Lula government (PT).
Another 7% of respondents say Tarcisio should support Rodrigo Manga (Republicans), Sorocaba’s “Mayor Tiktoker”, 101 km from the capital, co-religionist of the governor and this Thursday (10).
Already 6% point out that the support should go to the Secretary of Public Security, (PL), and 3%, to the president of Alesp (Legislative Assembly), André do Prado (PL).
