Geddel was Minister of National Integration in the second Lula administration (from 2007 to 2010) and the Government Secretariat of Government (MDB) in 2016.
He also occupied a vice presidency of Caixa Econômica in the Dilma Rousseff administration, from 2011 to 2013.
