What did eyewitness say witnesses
Eyewitnesses reported that the helicopter’s propeller detached before his river.
Danny Horbiak told ABC News that she saw the helicopter “fall from the sky” from the window of her apartment. “I heard five or six loud noises heard almost like shots in the sky and I saw pieces fall and then I saw it fall into the river,” he said.

Investigations are in progress
The Civil Aviation Authority (FAA) and the National Transport Security Council (NTSB) have ordered to ascertain the causes of the accident.
