One of my favorite recipes for the time is the casserole. We will also find a portion in it potatoes and a delicious mozzarella cheese. The casserole is very aromatic, filling, and at the same time healthy and delicious. Preparation is her very fast and simple. For this reason, it is worth reaching for it for a quick, undemanding dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 large pores (washed, sliced),
- 700 g of potatoes (cut into thin slices),
- 120 ml of vegetable broth,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 60 g of Parmesan cheese,
- 50 g evening mozzarella,
- oil,
- sun,
- pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. When the fat is well warm, throw it on it chopped pores and garlic squeezed through Prague. The contents of the pan season with salt and pepper. Whole Fry to soften the pores.
Throw into an ovenproof dish Half of the stewed pores. Spread them evenly and put them a layer of half chopped potatoes. Sprinkle with half Parmesan cheese. Put the second part of the pores and another layer of potatoes on the cheese. Pour the layers with vegetable broth, Sprinkle with mozzarella and the other Parmesan cheese.
