Preparation of tasty tarts is not difficult, contrary to appearances,. We start by making the dough, stirring in a bowl of flour and salt. Then add the diced butter and crush them in your fingers together with the flour until a fine crumble forms.

We add the egg and cold water to the bowl and knead the whole into a smooth dough. In the event that it is too dry, we can add nico water. We form a ball out of the dough, wrap it with cling film and cool in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

During this time, peel white sausage and cut it into slices. SWe do the finely onion and garlic and fry them in oil. When they are slightly golden, add the sausage to them and fry the whole for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs and set aside fried content to cool.

Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out it. We lay out the tart form that was previously smeared with butter. Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. We bake for 10 minutes.

During this time, we beat eggs in a bowl, add cream, salt and pepper to them. Mix everything and add fried products, i.e. sausage, onions and garlic to this mass. We also add grated cheese. Mix everything and pour on the baked bottom of the tart. Bake the whole 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

It is also a good idea adding 3-4 eggs to the recipe, hard-boiled. We cut them into halves and put them on the egg mass. We bake the whole as in the version without eggs.
