Panama City/Washington-an agreement made between the USA and Panama allows the stationing of US troops on the Panama Canal. The agreement concluded on Wednesday, which the government of Panama published on Thursday (local time), enables the United States to maintain training, exercises and a number of other activities at Panama controlled locations around the channel. The establishment of military base points is again excluded.
