SOSTENES CAVALCANTE claims to have the minimum signatures for the project of convicted by January 8 to process in urgent regime
The PL (Bill) urgency request, which amnesty those convicted of the extremist acts of 8 January, obtained the 257 signatures necessary to be guided in plenary of the House. According to the list of supports, the text has the backing of 258 deputies so far, 144 of parties that make up the government of the president (PT).
In a publication on social networks, the deputy (PL-RJ) said that the minimum number of signatures was reached shortly after 10 pm (Brasília time) of Thursday (10.ab.br.2025), hours after the Union Brazil, at the Ministry of Communications. In all, 39 congressman party deputies signed the request. It is only behind the PL, with 89 signatures.
The 257th signature, according to Cavalcante, was, deputy of União Brasil and (Constitution and Justice Commission).
Here is the number of signatures of the urgency of the amnesty PL by party:

- PP – 34;
- Republicans – 26;
- PSD – 23;
- MDB – 21;
- We can – 9;
- PSDB-CEDANIA – 6;
- Novo – 4;
- Avante – 3;
- PRD – 3;
- PSB – 1.

Governors criticize amnesty support
The PT leader in the House, (RJ) ,. He stated that the MDB leader at Casa Baixa (AL) is asking congressmen for his acronym so that they do not support the urgency.
“We know in each party who is a pocketist and who is not. The problem is not this, but there are people who are not and are signing. Of course the government will understand that no party will deliver 100%. But in my assessment, things are very loose”Lindbergh told journalists.
