The deputy said he also got the signing of deputies of left -wing and government center parties, who did not want to name. According to him, a problem of the House system allowed parliamentarians access to the names of those who supported the urgency, leading to the government’s pressure on allies.
“We had four colleagues with this problem. One of them, after my conversation, he signed again. But we lost three signatures because, by a error of the camera system, this list, which should only under my look, was available by an IT error [tecnologia da informação]”, said the deputy.
He said he had the expectation of voting the bill until the 30th.
For PL leader, Mayor Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB) cannot “stretch the rope all the time” to avoid guarding the theme.
“He cannot stretch the rope all the time regarding the PL because it is the largest party in the house. He is already having an indisposition with the left because of the revocation of Deputy Glauber [Braga]. If it is indisputed with the left and the largest right party, in a moment, if you keep stretching this rope for a long time, and I’m sure you will not do so, it will be unfeasible to conduct the house, “said Sostenes.
Sostenes did not comment on which text will go to the vote since, according to him, depends on the definition of the project rapporteur and the negotiations around him.
“This is the debate of Parliament, the debate of democracy. The text will be debated and adjusted in the plenary. Everything can be done throughout this debate. We do not want to impose anything. The legislature will correct the exaggerations of the judiciary in this judgment,” he said.
PL leader in the Senate, Carlos Portinho, said the amnesty would also cover what he called “any excesses practiced by the STF ministers.”
“If we have a wide overall and unrestricted amnesty, it will be benefiting even to put a shovel of lime, so that we do not continue to discuss, for example, the participation of STF ministers in these excesses that they are committing against the Constitution,” said Portinho.
