Casas do Barlavento, with 22 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector of the Algarvio Well, inaugurated this Wednesday a new office in Lagos, now with a more central and privileged location, overlooking the city’s Marina.
This new space reinforces the company’s bet in proximity to its customers, offering real estate mediation services, real estate management and holiday lease. The new headquarters combines technology, art and real estate in an innovative concept, designed to create a welcoming and functional environment in the heart of lakes.
The area of expertise remains centered on the Algarve Well, benefiting from the vast experience and deep knowledge of the team in the sector. The company stresses that this is “a space designed for the customer, where business is done and new horizons are designed.”
“The new corporate image is a reflection of our commitment that aims to offer a premium experience to our customers. The launch of the new website together with an exclusive vacation lease website, was one of the news and promises to further facilitate the interaction with our customers and partners,” says Casas do Sell in a statement.
The inauguration took place in the late afternoon and brought together more than 150 guests, including customers, partners and local personalities. Among others were present, the mayor of Lagos, Hugo Pereira, the president of the Parish Council of São Gonçalo, Carlos Saúde, the President of the Municipal Assembly, Maria Joaquina Matos, and the architect responsible for the interior project, José Figueiredo de Almeida.
The moment also featured the performance of fado singer Lacobrigegee Marta Alves, who gave voice to some fado themes, in a relaxed environment where they were served wines from the region and canapés prepared by the Mar d’Estórias space.
