Currently, there are many ways to examine your feet – creams, masks, treatments, but it is also worth remembering about grandma’s tricks. They are mild and are based on natural products. A good care option is the ordinary chamomile infusion with unusual properties.

You need dried chamomile to make an infusion – you can find it in most pharmacies and herbal stores. Alternatively, chamomile tea can be brewed, but the effect after it may be less visible. Then pour the herbs with warm water (not boiling water), after boiling wait a few minutes so that the water cools down a bit and only later brew the chamomile. Put 2-3 tablespoons of dried chamomile or the same number of bags on approx. 2 liters of liquid. The brew should brew for a quarter of an hour. Then remove the herbs, filtering the water – a small mesh strainer will work well.

After filtering the infusion, prepare a bath for the feet, for this purpose pour it into a bowl. You can also add your favorite essential oils to the infusion. Urine feet for a quarter of an hour to 20 minutes. After this procedure, you do not have to rinse your feet with water, only dry them and use a moisturizing cream.
