Ingredients for shortbread:

- 1 teaspoon of cream 30 percent;
- 1/4 cup of sugar;
- 1 yolk.
Filling ingredients:
- 1/3 of the filo cake;
- 4 teaspoons of pistachio paste;
- 1 teaspoon of butter.
Couaring ingredients:
- 1 melted white chocolate;
- A handful of chopped pistachios and chopped raspberries.
At the beginning Mix the ingredients for shortbread and knead them to a homogeneous masswhich we then put in the fridge for an hour.
We make a filling in the next step: Fry the filo dough in butter until browning and mix it with pistachio cream. Then we leave the crispy layer to cool.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry, put on a baking tray and prick the bottom with a fork. We bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes – It must have a golden color.
When the dough cools down slightly We even put out the filling on them. Then We pour the baking with white chocolate And put in the fridge to make everything concentrate. Before serving We sprinkle the Dubai mazurka with pistachios and raspberriesbreaking sweets.
