In the design of scenarios about Juscelino’s return to the House, the deputies say that the central point is the election of the eventual successor of Pedro Lucas Fernandes. There is an assessment that Juscelino’s leadership would be a ‘reception’ to the former minister, while he defends himself with the PGR charges before the Supreme Federal Court (STF).
On the other hand, there is an understanding that Juscelino’s appointment to leadership “exposes the bench”, according to a Union deputy. “I find it terrible.
