How to make a simple cake that will delight everyone? Today you will learn the recipe for the Venetian prince. Serve it for Easter, make a sensation. It will be perfect for coffee.
Sponge cake:
- 6 eggs,
- 150 g cukru,
- 250 g of wheat flour,
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey,
- a pinch of salt,
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Cream:
- 500 g cream 30%,
- 250 g Serka Mascarpone,
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 40 g of powdered sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream for lubrication.
Decoration:
- Nuts and whipped cream.
Separate the protein from the yolks and transfer to two separate bowls. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with cinnamon.
Add a pinch of salt to proteins and beat to a stiff foam. Gradually add sugar, mixing all the time until the mass becomes smooth and shiny. Add one yolk to the beaten foam, mixing gently at low speed. Add liquid honey and mix to combine the ingredients. Gradually add flour with cinnamon, gently stirring with a spatula or a kitchen rod. Do it carefully. Prepare a cake tin about 23 cm in size and put the bottom with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold and level the top. Bake at 170 ° C (top-down) for about 35-40 minutes or to a dry stick. After baking and completely cool, divide into 2-3 tops.
Now prepare the cream. Chop the chocolate finely. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat it to make it hot. Remove from heat, add chocolate and mix until the ingredients combine. Cool, and preferably put it in the fridge for cooling for the whole night.
Whip the chopped cream with chocolate with mascarpone to a thick and fluffy mass. Add chocolate cream and sugar. Mix to connect.
Transfer each top with a prepared cream. Spread the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with nuts.
