The Board of Directors of Carrefour Brazil () approved the postponement of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly (Auge), initially scheduled for April 17, 2025. The meeting will be held, at first call, on April 29, 2025.
According to a relevant fact, the postponement was determined in the “better interest of shareholders and other Compahi stakeholders”. For the retailer, the deliberations to be taken at the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company called for April 25, 2025 may impact the shareholders’ decision on the agenda.
The marked for the 25th will deliberate on the proposal of capital closure of the Brazilian operation.
