Hamas travels to Cairo for new ceasefire negotiations

Cairo-According to the radical Islamic Palestinian organization, a high-ranking Hamas delegation wants to travel to Cairo and, there, lead new ceasefire negotiations for the Gaza Strip with the Egyptian intermediaries. “We hope that the meeting will lead to real progress,” said a Hamas representative of the AFP news agency, which was confidantopic of the negotiations. The delegation should reach the Egyptian capital during the day.
