One of the most important allies of Vladimir Putin recently starred in an act worthy of the Middle Ages, and that many have described as “savagery.” This is Ramzan Kadurov, a well -known friend of the Russian president, who a few days ago ordered that the body of a teenager be exhibited in a square after being killed by the police.
Kadyrov is known for his role as President of the Republic of Chechnya, which has helped Putin in his military campaign in Ukraine in recent years, among many other tasks. According to international media, the Cheheno leader would have sent the authorities to exhibit the body of the young Eskerhan Khumashev in the center of Achkhoy-Martan (Chechnya).
The 17 -year -old teenager was killed after trying to attack a traffic agent with a knife in a control post, killing him. In response to what happened and to mark a precedent and ‘notify navigators’, Kadyrov ordered that the body of the young man be removed after being shot dead by the police, and was exposed in public.
And he carried out in the public square of Achjoy-Martan, after having been exhibited in another official building. This practice, which occurred in front of the deceased’s family, was defined as “medieval savagery” by the most critical of the Kadyrov regime.
Through a filtered video, you can see the young man’s body on the ground, in a grotesque scene from which hundreds of people witnessed. Given the situation, several relatives of the young man decided to protest and demanded to remove the body of the public square, however, this could cost them expensive, since Kadyrov ordered their arrest and could be sent to the Russian front in Ukraine to combat by the country of Putin.
In fact, Kadyrov has already announced that “the Ministry of Interior and the Russian National Guard, together with the FSB, must expel the parents and siblings of those who are behind this”, as well as their assets.
With this petition, Kadyrov pretends to stop working for Ukraine, something that according to the Cheheno leader, is evidence. And he insisted that, otherwise, all will be expelled from Chechnya. According to the authorities of the region, the attack perpetrated by the young man would have had the support of certain people from Türkiye and a Ukrainian citizen.
Tensions between Putin and Kadyrov
In spite of everything, Kadyrov is now in a moment of maximum tension with Vladimir Putin, which was confirmed by the statements of the journalist and alleged godchilder of the Russian leader, Ksenia Sobchak, who assured that Kadyrov would have violated the laws of the country by displaying the body of the young man.
These tensions have their origin in the future of Kadyrov at the head of the Republic. And, it is rumored that he suffers from a terminal disease and that he would be doing everything possible to leave his children of 17 and 15 years as future heirs, something that Putin would not have approved, and he would be thinking of a successor of Kadyrov, oblivious to his family.
