It has only been two weeks since fitness watch manufacturers Garmin has expanded its app world with a paid premium version. Now the Finnish competitor Polar follows up. On Friday, a press release “Polar Fitness Program” was presented. “The heart of the program are heart rate-based cardio units, embedded in a progressive plan with 20 training levels that adapts seamlessly to different fitness levels,” says Polar. The cost of the tool, which is optionally integrated into the already existing “Polar Flow” app, amounts to 9.99 euros a month. Polar Flow should remain free of charge and keep the previous services.
