I can eat it every day. Fried cauliflower with spices is delicious

This is a great addition to dinner dishes, but it also tastes very good as an independent dish. Fried cauliflower with spices He doesn’t only taste vegetable kitchen lovers.

You will need the following ingredients to make this recipe:

  • 1 young cauliflower,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 teaspoon of Roman cumin,
  • 1 teaspoon of curry,
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper,
  • salt (to taste),
  • clarified butter,
  • A handful of fresh greens (dill, parsley or coriander).

Wash the cauliflower and divide into small roses. Cook a few minutes in salted water – so that the roses remain firm (soften during frying), but they were not completely hard. Strain and dry on a colander.

Chop garlic and greens.

Heat in a frying pan (at medium power of the burner) clarified butter. There is to be enough so that every rubella can cover with a thin layer of fat, but cauliflower cannot “swim” during frying.

When the butter melts, add Roman cumin, curry and cayenne pepper. Fry for a moment – the aroma begins to free itself from the spices. Then add garlic to the pan, and after a while (when the garlic is slightly browned – it cannot burn!) – cauliflower.

Fry cauliflower roses (at low burner power, covered) until they soften (5-10 minutes). Put the fried to plates and sprinkle with chopped greens. Serve solo or as an addition to dinner dishes.
