Vienna-Formula kite Olympic champion Valentin Bontus suffered a cruciate ligament tear in the left knee on Saturday in a skiing accident. The Austrian sailing association announced this on Sunday. Accordingly, the 24-year-old was operated on on Saturday evening in the Hochrum private clinic. The intervention was successful, Bontus already left the clinic.
