There is nothing like a simple cake recipe that enslaves with taste. Everyone loves such desserts – Cake with pudding cream It is good from holidays and every day. You can just make them when you feel like something sweet.

  • 1 large sheet of puff pastry.

Cream:

  • 700 ml of milk,
  • 200 g cukru,
  • 160 g of soft butter,
  • 120 g cream 36%,
  • 4 egg yolks,
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.

Prepare the cream.

In a bowl, grate eggs with sugar with a mixer.

Add flour and then half a glass of milk. Mix the whole until a smooth consistency.

Pour the remaining milk into the saucepan and bring it to the evaporation without reaching the boiling point.

Slowly pour hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring with a whisk all the time. Transfer the pudding to the same saucepan and put it back on the burner, heating on low heat. Mix his thickens.

Remove the pudding from the heat and put the cling film directly on it to prevent the formation of a sheepskin. Leave to cool completely.

Beat the cream stiffly.

When the cream cools down, add softened butter, 2 tablespoons at once, stirring after each party. Finally, add vanilla and whipped cream.

Prepare the cake.

Divide the puff pastry sheet into four identical countertops. Prick them in many places with a fork and put them on the counter from the oven lined with baking paper.

Insert the bottoms into the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes or for nice shame.
