Chicken legs differently They will be perfect for dinner! Aromatic and moist meat on rice cooked in broth is a recipe for a successful dish for the whole family. The taste and color of the whole are added by pieces of red pepper.
- 8 legs or chicken sticks,
- 350 ml of poultry broth,
- 80 g of onion,
- 1 red pepper,
- 200 g of rice,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley,
- 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place a washed and dry chicken in a large bowl. Season the meat abundantly with salt, pepper, pepper and parsley.
In a large heat-resistant pot, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken legs for 5-6 minutes on each side, until they browned nicely. Take the meat out of the pot and put it on a plate.
Add garlic and finely chopped onion to the pot. Fry to vitrify the onion.
Pour rice and pour it with broth. Season with salt and pepper, mix, then bring to a boil.
At the top of the rice, spread the chicken legs evenly, skin down. Place pieces of red pepper between the meat.
Cover the pot with a lid and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Celsius. Bake it for 35-40 minutes until the rice is well cooked.
5 minutes before the end of baking, you can remove the lid and start the barbecue function, thanks to which the whole will be more crunchy from the outside.
Serve the chicken legs differently for dinnerpreferably with the addition of light salad.
