The Impresso group reached a new record by overcoming the 5 million downloads in March. In one month, the Expresso and SIC podcasts accumulated a total of 5,039,587 downloads, which corresponds to 37% of the total downloads from the audited podcast market.
Impresa was the fastest growing media group in terms of downloads and listeners (unique listeners) compared to the previous month and, in this segment, also leads the ranking by large distance, with an average of 689 thousand listeners per week.
The impresso group remains, for the 3rd consecutive month, leader of the Podscope ranking, The first audited ranking of podcasts in the market that brings together the results of the four founding members: Observer, Renaissance, Impress and Bauer.
This month reinforced his leadership position, when he returned from the 2nd classified (the Renaissance Multimedia group): it was 35% above, with another 1.3 million downloads that 2nd place (which was in 3.7 million downloads). The observer with 2.5 million and Bauer with 2.4 million follows follows.
