A United States teenager accused of the death of his parents would have committed crimes to “obtain financial means” to murder President Donald Trump and overthrow the government, according to a recent federal warrant.
Nikita Casap, 17, was charged last month by the Waukesha County authorities for intentional murder, theft and other crimes related to the death of her mother, Tatiana Casap, and her stepfather, Donald Mayer.
Authorities claim that the teenager shot them at home, on the outskirts of Milwaukee in February, and lived in decaying bodies for weeks before fleeing with $ 14,000 in cash, passports and the family dog. He was arrested last month in the state of Kansas.
Casap is in custody in the Waukesha County jail, with bail stipulated at $ 1 million, and is expected to attend court next month to present his defense. County prosecutors gave a preview of the federal accusations, which are described in a warrant of the FBI that came to public on Friday, 11.
Federal authorities accuse Casap of planning their parents’ murder, bought a drone and explosives, and shared their plans with others, including a Russian speaker. His intentions are detailed in an anti -Semitic manifesto of three pages in which Adolf Hitler praises. The warrant, registered with the Milwaukee Federal Court, also contains excerpts of communications made by Tiktok and the Telegram application.
“Casap seems to have written a manifesto asking for the murder of the president of the United States. He was in contact with others about his plan to kill the president and overthrow the US government,” says the search warrant. “The murder of parents seems to have been an attempt to obtain autonomy and the necessary financial means to execute their plan.”

Escape Plan for Ukraine
In court, prosecutors claimed that Casap was in contact with a person who speaks Russian and shared with her an escape plan for Ukraine. The authorities found him at Kansas with money, passports, a car and the family dog.
Federal prosecutors claimed that the Casap manifesto detailed his motivations to want to kill Trump and included ideas about how he would live in Ukraine. Quoting Casap’s writings, the federal warrant states that the teenager wanted to provoke the government’s collapse “eliminating the president and perhaps the vice president.”
A Associated Press He tried to contact Casap’s public defender Nicole Ostrowski, both by telephone and online messages, asking her to comment on the case. In court last month, she filed a request to reject some of the charges against her client, including theft, arguing that prosecutors did not have enough evidence. She also highlighted the age of Casap during the hearing. “He is young, still in high school,” she said on March 12.

County authorities also accused Casap of corpse, theft and misuse of identification to obtain money. The bodies of Tatiana Casap, 35, and Mayer, 51, were found on February 28. Family members called for a well-being verification after Mayer did not attend work and Nikita Casap misses class for about two weeks.
Authorities believe parents were killed weeks earlier. Prosecutors said in court that the couple’s bodies were so decomposed that they had to be identified by dental records.
