A 46 -year -old man was caught in the act on Sunday night (13/4) for shooting and killing a client from a winery located in Vila Formosa, east of, after both went into discussion.
According to, military police were called in to attend the occurrence when they found a 26 -year -old fatal victim. Both were in the cellar when they bumped into a discussion. Moments later, the author left the place and returned armed.

The author of the shots assaulted the victim and fired at her, reaching another person who was at the scene, a 17 -year -old. The victim was rescued to Benedicto Monte Negro Hospital but could not resist the injuries. Already the teenager was referred to the Hospital Anália Franco.
The shooter was arrested at his residence near the scene of the facts. Cartridges, a firearm and a simulacrum of firearms were seized with the perpetrator, “whose wife reported being CAC (collector, sports shooter and hunter).”
