Wiener Neos want compulsory stays for criminal minors

Vienna – The Wiener Neos are calling for social pedagogical institutions for particularly conspicuous minors – including the possibility of a temporary forced stay. Specifically, it is about children between the ages of twelve and fourteen, who stand out due to repeated criminal law -relevant behavior such as serious bodily harm, robbery or violence. Accommodation should be considered if other measures are not enough to stabilize the situation.
