Sâmia Bomfim, the deputy’s wife, shared a list of singers and actresses who positioned themselves against the revocation of the congressman’s mandate
Federal Deputy Sâmia Bomfim (PSOL-SP) on Monday (14.abr.br.2025) a list of artists who declared support to her husband, also deputy (PSOL-RJ), who may have the mandate revoked. The group includes names such as singers Chico Buarque and Leoni and actresses Claudia Abreu, Julia Lemmertz and Elizabeth Savala, as well as the artist Gringo Garcia.
“There are many statements of support and solidarity against the persecution that Glauber has been suffering in the House. We thank each and each one!”wrote Sâmia. The congressman also shared one for those who want “Manifest their solidarity and support the struggle against cassation.” The petition had 125,088 signatures until 18h50 of this Monday (14.abr).
Glauber has been hungry and sleeping in the House of Representatives since 4th (9.abr). He protests against his mandate that was approved by the Ethics Council by 13 votes to 5. The Psollist says he will keep the strike until the House plenary decides on the cassation.
The deputy comes from members of the government of the president (PT), such as ministers Sidônio Palmeira (Secom), Gleisi Hoffmann (Institutional Relations) and Macaé Evaristo (Human Rights). It was also visited by actor Marco Nanini.
