Collagos – Lagos Municipal Cowork Space was again distinguished as one of the five -star winners winners, winning the recognition in the “coworking spaces” category in the Faro district. The distinction was attributed under the 8th edition of the award, which in 2025 awarded 100 icons and 141 regional brands from north to south of the country.
Created for the purpose of valuing the best in Portugal, the five star prize highlights monuments, festivities, villages, beaches and other local symbols, as well as brands and entities that differ by excellence and high levels of satisfaction with consumers. This year’s edition was attended by nearly half a million consumers (498,660) and evaluated a total of 1,022 brands.
The Algarve continues to assert itself as a region of excellence, having raised nine distinctions in this edition: five for regional icons and four to local brands. Among the highlights is the collagos again, a shared working space that has been asserting itself as a reference in the sector.
Located in the historic center of Lagos, at Rua dos Combatants of the Great Guerra, Colagos offers 20 jobs, five flexible subscription plans and services such as 24 hours a day access, seven days a week, equipped meeting room, lounge zone and functional cup. Since November 2023, the space has maintained full occupation, attracting not only local entrepreneurs but also digital nomads from various countries.
With continuous growth and a high member retention rate, collagos represents a successful model of economic dynamization and social innovation, contributing to the attractiveness of the county and the reinforcement of its position as a destination of excellence to live and work.
