The records of the New Mexico Public Health Department, obtained by CNN, revealed the existence of rodents dead and rodent nests in eight attachments on the property of the late actor Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa.
Environmental assessment of the extensive property was held in March, a week after Hackman and his wife were found dead at his home in February.
